0-10 Kettlebell Snatch Program
This is an 8 week kettlebell sport program designed to get you to a 10 minute set. 3 workouts per week (24 workouts total). This program includes a warm-up routine and video links to exercise demonstrations. It also includes coaching advice for pacing, mental game plans, and other important aspects to kettlebell sport lifting.
This program does not include direct snatch technique advice and assumes you will have the basics in kettlebell snatch technique, however there are links to Tiffany’s kettlebell snatch tutorial series and the links to accessory exercise demos that should help you progress with your snatch technique.
