want to work with tiffany?

currently there are a few ways you can train with tiffany!

remote training or online programming.

for either you need to fill out the form [ HERE ]

that is a coaching application to make sure that i will be able to be the best coach for you and your goals!

remote training is done through zoom and in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

rates are as follows:

1 - 60 minute training session - $70

3 pack - 60 minute training session - $205 (sessions must be used in a 45 day period or they will expire)

5 pack - 60 minute training session - $335 (sessions must be used in a 60 day period or they will expire)

10 pack - 60 minute training session - $660 (sessions must be used in a 120 day period or they will expire)

1 - 30 minute training session - $40

3 pack - 30 minute training session - $115 (sessions must be used in a 45 day period or they will expire)

5 pack - 30 minute training session - $185 (sessions must be used in a 60 day period or they will expire)

10 pack - 30 minute training session - $360 (sessions must be used in a 120 day period or they will expire)

Cancellation policy: By purchasing any of the above packages you agree to these terms.

24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours from the time of your scheduled meeting you forfeit the cost of your training session. If you no show your meeting you forfeit the cost of your training session. If you cancel outside of the 24 hour period you can reschedule up to 3 times prior to forfeiting the cost of your session.

online programming

online programming is where you get 2-4 workouts per week specifically designed for you each week. these programs are working towards your training goals and working with your time and the equipment you have available. these programs DO NOT include live meetings. you get a document that tiffany updates weekly with your programming. you are able (and often encouraged) to send me videos of technique and sets so tiffany can see your lifts, give advice, and adapt programming to help make you the best lifter that you can be.

A month is 4 weeks for this programming - so for the price you get 4 weeks of programming. You pay me at the top of each 4 week cycle / month.

Prices for this BEGIN at $110 / per month and can be up to $175 / per month.

These prices vary on the amount of workouts per week/ workout length / programming type and will be discussed and confirmed prior to any payments made.
