Working with Tiffany on kettlebell sport has been an amazing experience. I have worked with her for over a year now through zoom meetings weekly. During the time I have spent with Tiffany I have learned correct form and how to properly warm up and cool down with various exercises. At times I have wanted to quit and she has helped me through many hurdles associated with kettlebell sport and fitness in general. I highly recommend Tiffany as a coach. I will continue to use her for the foreseeable future. Plus, her dog is super cute and helps with most of our zoom classes, lol!

I met Tiffany last year when I was training for my kettlebell coach certificate. I was struggling with the amount of snatches I had to do for the test. I had the strength, but could not manage the technique. I tried her “form check” modality and was surprised to get very specific and personalized feedback which helped me to perform the test with no problems in a short period of time. After that, I decided to train with her and worked together for a year. I went from 60 snatches to 184 reps in 10 minutes with a 12kg bell. And although I never officially competed in kettlebell sport, the trainings were super fun, I learned a lot and I ALWAYS had lots of support and the most caring messages and feedback. I even learned some juggling moves and got super strong in the process. I snatched 20kg, passed the 100 snatch test with 16kg in 5 minutes, and discovered a lot of other cool surprises along the way. I felt encouraged, motivated, and that I really found a partner in movement philosophy. I wouldn’t hesitate to train with her again, actually, I am sure that will happen!

I did live zoom training with Tiffany for around 6 months. Training under her, I learned a lot of new moves and the proper form for those exercises and the ones I already knew. I also purchased her online kettlebell programs through her shop which definitely helped to motivate me to lift more and provided me with a nice challenge to my workouts as they included many different moves and styles. The programs came with PDFs and links to video tutorials, which helped as I could follow along on the PDF and go to the videos if I needed a refresher on certain moves in the program. I would definitely buy more programs from Tiffany and I’ll definitely be doing more training with her in the future.

I’ve been working with Tiffany for over two years, I reached out to her for coaching because of her knowledge on kettlebells and she’s very strong. I didn’t want some cookie cutter influencer, and I didn’t want someone who makes working out complicated. Tiffany’s attitude is awesome, she’s very positive and encouraging. She’s super knowledgeable on little details in relation to form, and always has an approach for something I may be struggling with. Training with Tiffany over the years has been incredibly fun. I started taking classes from her at kettlebell gyms around San Diego. During the pandemic I transitioned to working out in my garage with Tiffany programming for me. It’s been so much fun, she’s great at a variety of workouts. She programs for what you want to do or what your goals might be. You what to get into sport kettlebell? Want to try and better your bent press? Need to up your cardio? Need a one-on-one session to refine your basics? Tiffany is so great at listening to what you want and need out of your workouts. She’s even accommodated me on weeks that I’m traveling so my workouts are then all bodyweight or treadmill. On top of being a great trainer, she’s also a freaking awesome person ❤️. Never have I had so much fun working out than with Tiffany. She’s the best!
