Gamer’s Guide to Fitness isn’t just another workout plan, it’s a 10 week program designed for gamers who want to move, fight, and perform like the heroes they control on screen.
What you’ll be training:
Turkish Get Ups — A full body kettlebell movement that builds the functional strength you need to grind through any battle
Steel Mace Training — Master this ancient training tool to build rotational power, grip strength, and the shoulder stability that any knight would be jealous of
Video Game Themed Workouts — Train through the lens of your favorite genres & protagonists from adventurers to fighters to farmers
Each week you’ll be strategically cycling through TGU mastery days, steel mace technique sessions, and GPP (General Physical Preparedness) & conditioning work. You’ll be building your strength, endurance, mobility, and resilience.
Whether you want to be able to fight your way through Hades’ domains, have the sword skills of Link, or have the work capacity of your Stardew farmer… this program gives you the road map.
