Jingle All the Weights is a 12 week kettlebell program built specifically for when life gets hectic. No stupid long workouts & you don’t need a million different pieces of equipment. Just you, your kettlebell(s), and 36 workouts that will keep you consistent when it matters most.

What you’ll get: 3 full body sessions each week. Every workout is designed to be quick & efficient ~ because you’ve got places to be and things to do. Expect solid strength work mixed with more than a few goofy holiday themed training sessions.

What you need: at least one kettlebell, though having two will be ideal for getting the most out of the program. Dumbbells will work for many of the exercises though (with the exceptions of swings, cleans, and snatches). Exercise demos are linked so you’ll always know exactly what to do.

This program was originally run as a live group challenge through November to January holiday season, but now I have adapted it into an ebook so you can follow it anytime. While it’s definitely got some holiday vibes, the training itself is good year round. It’s perfect for anyone in their busy season ~ whenever that time of year hits for you.

The goal with this program is to build strength, maintain consistency, and to have fun with your training.
