new year's is a great time to kick your goals into to high gear. or to even write out and commit to some new goals!
and also how great is it that new year's day is on monday!? it's the perfect day for you to start committing to sustainable changes to create a healthier and happier you.
when creating your goals this year, make sure they are S.M.A.R.T.
S- Specific
M- Measurable
A- Achievable
R - Realistic
T- Time Bound
vague goals of "being fit" or "eating more healthy" are typically not going to create sustainable lifelong and actual changes. my favorite kind of goals for clients and myself are process goals. creating daily actions that can help you achieve goals in a timely manner.
so you want to be fit & eat healthy?
make your goal to workout 4 days a week and to eat a fruit and/or veggie with every meal.
